Luggage rack

    Here is an inquiry from the Associations 101 Facebook site, from Peter Ettrup Peterson ...I need to fabricate a luggage rack before a rally in Norway (1200 kms).

    Can someone please take a measurement of the diameter of the tubes and the distance between the legs in the u-bent sections?

    Here is a quick ready reckoner. Let me know if its any use, will try and do better if not.

    Tubing 0.500" 

    This is one of Roger Longs lovely repros.

    There is also one that mounts to the side of the fender, not the top. Same apart from that.
