    Hi everybody  new to this site but can anyone tell me  I have run across about 80 large and small photos of hill climbing races and other material related to Orie Steele I have found that he was inducted into the hall of fame in 2007  Would this stuff be of interest to Indian motorcycle world??? gcaron@twcny.rr.com

    Gregory, that would sure be interesting to see. Are you looking to sell or share those photos. Orie Steele's grandson has a site dedicated to him, http://www.oriesteele.com/

    A forum would be facebook, there are several interesting groups for Indians and Racing and there are collectors attending and contributing as well. Have a look at

    Thanks for the info  -- I will attach the link where these can be found for sale I just came across them in my never ending hunt for info  on 1926 Indian motorcycles  seeing that I'm in the beginning  stages of a RESURECTION of a 1926 Scout  I would never use a site like this to try to sell things-- as I feel the foundation of this site is for sharing and learning about the restoration and resurrection of a great early American bike.

    Just wanted to add anyone looking at the link to the Orie Steele things you will see a poster of a 101 scout he has offered this poster to me for $3000 I just can't wrap my head around and confirm the posters age. so be careful
