    Hello All,

I finally found me a 750 101 Scout from 1930. The bike is quite complete but I need to restore the motor and gear box as it's not in running condition. Unfortenately the right side of crank case has been damaged.

Does anyone have an idea where I could find a right side crank case for my bike? Or could someone maybe sell me one that doesn't need that much welding?

    Thanks for all possible tips!

    BR, Tuomo Tanskanen from Finland

Have you been searching anywhere before? What contacts do you have? where do you want to search? There is 100's of contacts to be taken all over and you can find parts where you least expect it.

You have clubs in Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Poland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Belgium, France plus more and the rest of the world. And suppliers of repro parts in many countries that also might have a lead for a crankcase half. And there's Ebay.

There is a couple of Yahoo mailing lists where you can ask.

For the different suppliers, best is to write and ask as keeping up with pictures on their homesites is a lot of work and mostly is a work trailing behind if it ever is done.

You can ask Randy Zorn: randy@indianmotorcycleparts.com

Sorry for not replying sooner, I'm on vacation in Hungary at the moment and internet connection is not available at all times.

Thank you so much for the list! Very valuable information for me, I'll start to browse them through.
