After a 6 and a half year hiatus of not working on my 28 101 basket case, I attempted to install my front wheel and to my surprise the axle is 11/2 inches too short.  Since I've recently moved and cannot locate my R & O manual.  Can anyone give the  correct measurement between the forks and/or the correct axle length. Maybe this will be the year I complete this project. Thank you.
