Hi everyone, I tried the search function and it didn’t seem to work. My crankcase has several cracks in it and welds from previous repairs.  Is there any shops that specialize in fixing these cases?

The pistons seem to have came so low they contacted the crankcase and chewed the bottom of the pistons up as well as the bore the jugs sit in   Any idea as to what causes this?   There seems to be some play in the bushing where the connecting rod mounts and I was thinking it might have been too much

Also a source for some specialty tools would be much appreciated.

Thabks in advance for your help!

    Matt Harding.
