Which tyres/rims are you using , Jon ? I would run a clincher at a pressure not less than 45 psi to prevent it running off the rim. With a drop centre rim, I usually run around 28 front and 30 rear, but some people prefer a lower twenties pressure, and occasionally a higher pressure can cause a slight juddering in the front end suspension .
