Hey Rex, 3 angle seat usually, somehwere around 0.080" wide for the inlet seat, its ok to go wider with the exhaust say up to 0.110" to aid cooling.
Indian valves all 35 degree seat. The valves Greg sells may well be 45 degrees, and with the wrong collets and too long stems, not sure why, but I have seen a few like this, and I usually apply the flotation test, as recommended by Dave Richardson in Guzziology ( Sling them in a lake, if they float , they may be useable.) Also the hardened valve seat may be 45 degrees, and will need a lot of cutting. I always recommend getting the cylinders without the hardened seats, tbh, as to fit stock valves you will need to cut away a fair bit of the seat to return it to 45 degrees with a three angle. May need to apply some Kentucky windage to go with what you have.
