My 29 DPG 101 project has a 1931 frame. What other years rear wheels/brakes can I use with this frame to get on road? or just keep looking for 1931 wheel/brake?  thanks for your time

Pretty much the same brake plate was used up to 1939, so any rear hub from a thirties Indian should work.

Check width of hub and frame before buying. Not 100% sure on compatability, have used one later one once, a long time ago. May have to mess about with bearings/spacers and spindles too, and its chiefs and standard scouts that are similar brake plates.  Sport scouts and 741s compatible with earlier 101 frames.

Anyone got details on a similar fix ?
