    Hey everyone.

I just want to thank everyone again for all the advice and tips. Over the past week I pulled her apart and went through all the recommended steps getting her ready to come back to life. So yesterday I gassed her up And proceeded to kick her over. Went through the recommended startup procedure and to my surprise she started up on the second kick!!!!!

Besides for all the smoke (burning off approximately 40 years of gunk makes allot of smoke) she started to settle in nicely. And the best part was yesterday would have been my dads 80th birthday. I though it was quite fitting.

Again thanks for all the help.

Late chief primary. Strange metal bracket could be parts of a mounting for a police siren ?
